Log a list between cases on your phone — in an anaesthetic room with no signal, on a Sunday night, wherever you actually are. Your logbook stays on your own device. There is no account to make.
It installs to your home screen like an app — no App Store, nothing to download. The guide shows you how, in one step.
Everything is on the device. A basement anaesthetic room is exactly where you need to log a case and exactly where your phone has nothing.
No account, no server, no analytics. Your cases never leave your phone unless you export them yourself.
There is no field for a name, a hospital number or a date of birth. Age is stored as a number and a unit — a record reads 70 years, never a birthday.
On your phone, in the app's own storage, and nowhere else. That is what makes it work with no signal, and it is also the one thing to be careful about: if you lose the phone without a backup, you lose the logbook. Clerked reminds you when it has been a while — take the reminder seriously.
The full detail is in the app under Settings → Your data, written to be read in two minutes and forwarded to anyone who asks.
Clerked is free while we build it together. It is made by a practising anaesthetist, and it is shaped by what other anaesthetists ask for. If something is missing, slow, or in the wrong place, please tell me — that is genuinely how it gets better. Signing in on more than one device is what we are working on next.
